RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Please ensure you read the ‘Sizing’, ‘Shipping’ and ‘Returns’ pages before committing to a purchase.

At tamashi we encourage you to use environment safe detergents and cleaning products. Not only will it prolong the life of your tamashi piece, it will protect our precious sea life and environment at large!

We are happy to consider refund or exchange with the following conditions:

- A Return Number (RN) is requested within 3 days of receiving.
- Items are returned within original condition (unworn, unwashed).
- Items are accompanied with a proof of purchase.
- Postage costs of return items is the customers responsibility.

Please note, returns/exchanges are not available for Sale or Discounted items, this includes items with a discount code.

Contact us on our contact page to request a Return Number (RN)

STEP 2
Once you receive a response from us and your RN please send your item to:

STEP 3
A confirmation email will be sent when your return/exchange has been processed.

Please Note, returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you post your return with care to prevent damage.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty you must get in touch with us within 28 days of receiving your item.
We will inspect the item and at our discretion provide a repair, exchange or refund if we believe the item is faulty.
We will not accept claims on faulty items if there has been an attempted repair by the customer.
